Got mine last week. Took 4 days from time of call to receiving it.

got my lefty paddle in about a week and a half. very cool. I have the screw backed most of the way out and she seems fine. nice grippy ridges on the paddle portion, tough to get on an off, but once on, stays put. Since i have that michelin man figure as well, when the pants start to slide down, it's nice as the holster stays put.

I haven't read all of the replies here, but heres my experience.

I called up Springfield yesterday regarding this issue and gave the nice lady(penny I think her name was) my info and she said I should have on in 7-10 biz days. no mention of cost or return of the rightie holster.

I actually open carried today with the right hand holster under my belt on my left side. wasn't actually that bad!

When something is free, including the shipping...We can not complain...I wouldn't think...Springfield is a great company that takes care of their customers...Just my .02 cents.

got my holster from the fed ex man last week. They sent me a lefty paddle holster, works well but it doesn't ride very high for concealed. Dunno what i'll do with my right handed one.

I got an invoice from them in the mail the other day. kinda freaked me out when i started seeing "invoice number" and "billing info" fields. Then I opened it up all the way and it said $0

I use an inexpensive Uncle Mike's inside-the-pant holster with velcro retention strap with my XD-45 4" Compact. It fits very well and has comfortable soft material. It is not designed for frequent reholstering. To reholster, it is easiest to remove the empty holster, insert the gun, and reinsert both together inside the pants. It will fit all 4" XD's and comes in left and right hand models.

Model 7615-2 for left hand
Model 7615-1 for right hand

I don't see where he was complaining? Did I miss something?
