They most certainly will! I've been lurking this thread for a couple days and thought I'd give this a go since I'm a lefty and all!

And booyah! My lefty paddle holster is on it's way! Springfield just gained major points in my mind. I'm super excited, can't wait!

I fired off an email. I'll see if I get a response. Here's hoping...

I may never use it but it I appreciate the stand behind efforts of SA in taking us lefties seriously.

There were earlier posts saying that the Serpa isn't available for lefties. I went to their site and selected the XD, lefty, and color:

Carbon Fiber Holster w/Belt Loop & Paddle
SKU: 410507BK-L

Hey, guys, I just bought an XD 45 Service and was looking for a holster, and lo! I found the site and this thread!

Since I am a lefty, I called! The holster is on the way, will this be paddle or belt? Also, what is the ETA?

THanks Guys!

It will be a paddle holster. But it's free!! ETA about 7 days. Did you give them the SN off the gun? They need it.

Welcome!

just got mine today, but..........

When you all got your holsters, were they very snug? I backed the screw out all the way and the slide still racks halfway back when I put it in the holster. So I put the xd in it and am leaving it overnight to see if it will relax a little, either that or do you think heating it up a little and then putting the xd in it will work? any suggestions? I really don't want to call or write springfield over this because it was free.

thanks

After some wear it should be fine. During the break in on my Mtac I got into the habit of putting my thumb on over the striker indicator when holstering. Now I don't need to. I bet the XD paddle will be similar. If not, well it was free and the only reason I got it was well....I'm a lefty and a customer, and it will be nice to have a spare holster should something happen to the Mtac.

You might try spraying a little silicone in there.
