Tactical slide on a Service XD?
I'm curious if I could get a slide assembly from a tactical xd and use it on my service model. I've read several times they are both on the same reciever so I assume the only thing different is the slide assembly.
If this can be done does anyone know where I could get the 2nd slide from? If only we had the same amount of parts that the 1911's have |

The tactical and service model slides are interchangable with the frame. Good luck trying to find an 'extra' slide though.
