Overly excited about my XD45acp Tactical - XDTalk Forums - Your HS2000/SA-XD Information Source!

i'm on day 9 of my 10 day california waiting period for my XD45acp Tactical. I went into my local store and have been for the past 3 months asking if they had a 45tac. Every time it was the same answer, we are out of stock and we don't know when they will be restocked.

9 days ago, i walk in and see one on display. The thing is, i hate buying out of the case. i like mine untouched. i asked him about it and he told me that they just put it in the case no more than an hour before i walked in. i believe it since i sent an email earlier that morning and they said they didn't have one. i looked at it and it was clean and ready to buy.

they actually sold the first one 2 hours before i walked in. the only two they got form SA.

as much as i don't need it, i had to have it. i think i'm done with xd's now. unless they come out with an xd45acp sub compact. At any rate, i'm up late, i'm very excited about tomorrow and wanted to get it off my chest so i can go to sleep. i thought i would burn on around gun number 5 but man, this one is even more exciting than my first one. i'm in trouble aint I?

I did the same thing at Fowler's in Orange. I love the 45 Tactical. It has replaced two pistols for me. I have posted replies on reloading for the 45, if you have any other questions please contact me.
