was at my local range yesterday right before a christmas party just unloadin a few rounds when he brought it out. 4" compact XD .45. my heart sank, and then so did my checking account when i bought it. its the black one. i didngt have time to get to the range with it cuz i had to leave right when i bought it.,...... so today is the day. headin to the range after a lil xmas shopping and were gunna let it fly. ill let ya know how it goes.

Turbo- Happier than a kid on christmas.....

Congrats.
That's what happened to me.
I drove home from the store but still kept thinking about it and once I got close to home, I had to drive all the way back to get it. Happier ever since.

took it to the range today..... all i have to say is this gun is pure sex. shoots straight, accurate, amazing. feels perfect in my hands. It has the same recoil as my 9mm. glock is probably crying right now because springfield has taken it one step farther and made a "glock style" handgun that is better. put about 100 rounds through it, not one jam, fte, ftf.
