10 Round Mags and X-Tension for 45ACP
The new Compact XD-45ACP meets my needs exceedingly well.
I need another 10 round mag and several X-Tensions for 13 rounders I already have. Where can such be obtained? Thanks in advance for the info.

Check the forum sponsors section, pistolgear.com had both in-stock last time I was there.
Welcome to the forum BTW.

I think it'll take a few months for SA to start selling these separately, just my guess. I don't think the 10rnd mags or sleeve extensions currently "in stock" will fit the XD45 Compact (those in stock are most likely for the XD9 and XD9SC).
But I'm sure when they are available one of our forum sponors will have them.

I'm looking for these myself. Just one 10 round and one 13 round mag is kind of annoying... I want more.

Yep, my fiancee just got an XD45 Compact and I expect it will be months before the spare mags and xtensions are available. Not too big a deal for her since she doesn't shoot competition or anything.

Thanks for the answers and the welcomes. I expect you are right that it will be some time before they show up. I have several 13 rounders and they work, but the grip is not quite the same. I will be needing several X-tensions and one more 10 rounder.
I traded my Service XD-45 for the compact and it is great. Shorter butt for concealment (just enough shorter for me) or full-size for capacity. It is the best of both worlds for me (YMMV). Almost everything I need in one super-reliable 45 ACP with a full-size rail. Again, thanks for the feedback. I will keep watching...

Already has the 10 round and the 13 round in stock. I will be buying the 45XD compact this week.

A salesperson at the gun shop/firing range I go to suggested it could be anywhere upwards of 3-6 months before 10-round compact mags are available, to which I gave him an incredulous look. You say that you already have some in stock stolivar? What are they running for in your store?

45+ - You traded your service for a compact? Was it an even trade? If not how much did you pay for the exchange? I would like to have a compact but bought a service too soon.

Wu Wei- It was a more complex trade. I traded the Service and another used for two new guns, so I had to pay some boot. It was probably too much, but I wanted both of the guns and I could afford the trade.
This snowstorm in Texas (?) closed the range on Thursday night, which was my night to try them both out, so I still do now know how they shoot, but they handle and "pack" just like I thought they would. If they shoot like they should, I will be one really happy camper.
