XD on cover of Jan/Feb issue of American Handgunner
Just a head's up, I was over at the base shoppette across from where I work and I grabbed the Jan/Feb issue of American Handgunner as it had a XD-45 on the cover. Granted it is a Tactical model, but I snagged it nonetheless. Just wanted to give everybody fair warning!
Haven't read the article yet, had to get back to work. Cheers! M2

Yeah, i got it a couple days ago... pretty decent issue... To me the XD article seemed Kinda dry... kinda like the author was saying "yeah yeah, you already know all this good stuff about it, so I'm just gonna list it off"... but its always good to see xd publicity anyways :P

Sorry about the text formatting in the title, is there any way I can remove it?
Cheers! M2

Thanks for fixing the title!
I read the article, it was the usual complimentary coverage of the XD. Not that it is a bad thing, but I think enough magazines have heaped praise upon our beloved pistol, it seems American Handgunner is a little behind in doing so. So, nothing new here, but still work buying especially if you would like a XD-45 Tactical "centerfold" to put on your wall...oddly enough, their web site isn't showing the latest issue yet. Cheers! M2

At the end of the article, the author admitted to buying three XD-45s and he's not supposed to be a "plastic pistol" guy...
