Guys,
Where can I find a left handed holster for the XD-45? It does not have to be fancy/expensive. Thanks alot! Farmer |

Both Blade-Tech (kydex) and Don Hume (leather) make excellent holsters for the XD45. Fobus IMO, does not stabilize the gun well. It would be similar to the holster you got with the gun.
The Blade-Tech is available through "PistolGear" and the Hume from "Gunner's Alley". Both are sponsors of this forum. I use the Blade-Tech, and I'm left-handed.

Add Crossbreed and Bianchi to the list.

I may have to get that .45 Compact, and if it doesn't fit in my current CrossBreed SuperTuck, then I'll just have to get another one from Mark (I'm a lefty, btw).

according to Blackhawk they are working on a left handed SERPA holster which is exciting because out of all the holsters I've tried, that is my absolute favorite, yet they don't have a LH for my XD-45 or my Walther p99...
I only holster it for range time or for when the next hurricane hits and we get swamped by looters again but the locking and no friction mechanism is outstanding. the guy at the gun shop here told me he actually switched from LH shooting to RH shooting just so he could use this holster, I'm not going to go that far....maybe... |

Being cheap but effective, I like the Uncle Mike's neoprene IWB holsters...I use lefty ones for a more natural draw when worn at the 5 o'clock position...
Size 15 for the XD-45 Service, size 5 for a 1911 Govt...about $15 Cheers! M2
