Just looking to see if there are any modifications that i can do to the sub compact to reduce recoil besides a conversion barrel like springs ect. I have a xd.45 tac and put on a grip and #22 spring and that made it shoot a little more comfortable any suggestions...

Nothing you can do my friend. You can try some of the other grips and cut them down. Try loading lighter loads if you reload... otherwise there is no springs, guide rods or anything available yet.

About the only thing you can do is get a 9mm XDSC or get a Pearce XD Magazine extension. The extension gives you a better grip on the gun without adding much bulk, so you can still carry it concealed. The better grip cuts down on percieved recoil IMHO.
