Did you mean FTE (failure to extract/eject)?

White box has sometimes been criticized for having a case design that extracts/ejects a little more poorly than other brands. Try another brand of practice ammo and see if it keeps acting up.

Another thing would be to take a pin or needle and clean out any crap that's accumulated around the extractor claw--sometimes it's just gunked up.

The third option--the most extreme--is that the extractor is just worn out and needs to be replaced. At only a couple thousand rounds, I'd try new ammo and a good cleaning first. Hope this helps.

Think Failure to Feed instead of inject.

There could be several reasons. Dirty chamber, no lube, but with the statement of

I am thinking that your spring is worn out. Might want to get a new one.

So the gun will not feed ammo? OK if your gun is not feeding ammo and you have shot at least 2000 rounds then your gun most likely need a new Recoil spring.

You don't have too, just watch your pistol and when you start to have problems that you can not account for in any other way. The recoil spring is usually the culprit. The average spring life is anywhere from 1500 to 4000 rounds depending on load and amount of shooting. If you shoot in a high volume at the range and your gun heats up a great deal then you springs will heat up too. That can reduce your spring life.
