Fiber optic sights.
If I buy new sights for my XD 45 acp tactical, can I install them myself or do I NEED TO TAKE IT TO A GUNSMITH TO HAVE HIM DO IT?

It depends on your skill level, your patience level and the tools you have. Many install their own sights, it is not hard if you take your time and have some basic tools.
If in doubt, use a gunsmith.

I have a replacement rear stock sight from SA, that I'd like to do myself if I can, but I don't really have any special tools. Any suggestions that I can get out of having to take it in?
