XD45Tactical ... maybe I need glasses?
Been doing a little search of the archieves ... for XD45 Tactical anticipated accuracy ... ransom rest 3" at 25 yds is what I found ... I did the sandbag version of the ransom rest ... taking my time ... 25 yds ... 7 targets with 6 rounds each using WWB ... results ranged from 3-1/4" to 6-1/2" ... av 4.6" ... so should I assume that this is about what I should expect from the XD with stock sights ... with my eyes ... and sandbags? Before spending $ on trigger job and new sights ... wanted to be sure it would be worth it ... thanks ... John ... PS ... I am having my eyes checked this week and will probably get glasses ... what special glasses are used for shooting? Different focus length for sights etc? Thanks

3.25 is ok with that ammo, but 6.5 is WAY off.

I use a pair of weak reading glasses to bring the front sight into sharp focus.
