Really, the only ammo you should worry about is remanufactured ammo, which is just reloads. Mainly ultramax, at least I believe that's the brand I usually see everywhere for reloaded ammo. Just buy any factory ammo that isn't reloaded and you should be fine.
thats funny because on the box it says something like "with clean bore technology" leading 1 to beleive it is cleaner. probably just some gimmick.

thanks again for the replys

Ive run two 25 round boxes of Remington Golden Sabers through my XD40 with no issues whatsoever. If you look at the hollow portion of the tip, it's freakin' huge, fwiw.

I'd believe the clean bore technology claim. Nothing is left in the bore, it all transfers to your arms.

Send them to me and I'll test them in my Service ACP. I'll send you a full range report.

You won't have any problems.

just for the record they worked flawlessly in my XD. just seemed dirty to me. is it possible I got a bad batch? maybe, but they still were dirty. I've even have the winchester winclean stuff leave black specks all over my arms the same way.

No matter what I fir through my 45's, clean bore, lead free, whatever, the gun gets dirty...there is NO such thing as "clean" ammo...it's all hype, with a lot of smoke, and no mirrors.
