I was wondering if they make something liek this for the XD .45 ACP??

they do make night sights for the gun, and fiberoptic ones, if you click on the springfield armory website on http://www.springfield-armory.com/prod-xdpstl.shtml, click on xd customs, and you can send in your gun for any of those options to be added to your gun.
