Not one of your complaints has anything to do with the XD-45. They are all aftermarket/wish-list kind of things. Nothing you mentioned has any effect on the XD-45's intended use, its performance, or its reliability.

You need to go shoot and stop worrying about modding your gun. Or, if modding is your thing, go buy a gun that's been out for a few years and knock yourself out.

Please stop tying in all these weird fonts. And for the love of God, stop your crying and get something else!!!! It's a brand new gunon the market, it will take time for aftermarket parts to be availible.

LOL

I have one ordered in Dark Earth Brown. Looks like I'll have to wait til the plugs are available before I can pick it up.

Go whine at the aftermarket. The XD45 Service is fine out of the box.

Those same things bothere me, too when I considered the XD45ACP...so I bought a Sig P220 instead.

No crying...well maybe a few tears of joy here and there.

All good things take some time. As it was pointed out, this is a new gun to the market. I have whined about a couple things here in the forum, mostly about getting a holster for the XD and TLR-2, that issue has been solved for me by Blade-Tech. With some very helpful opinions & suggestions from folks here.

To be honest I nearly emailed Old School last night to ask him about various products for the 45 service, but figured enough time hadn't really passed for those items yet. That & he has been really helpful to me & I almost feel guilty for not buying from him yet.

So be patient grasshopper, they will come about.... eventually.
