Who has gotten the OD or Dark Earth .45ACP?
I'm in the market for either (tactical), but they seem pretty rare. Has anyone ordered one through the mail, and if so, from whom. TIA.

as soon as they start shipping those dark earth to CA, i think i'll be picking one up. probably in the tactical. i personally don't like the OD that much, I like it but it would be my last choice.

I bought a DE XD at BulletTrap in Plano, TX a month ago. I know they had one left as of last weekend. If you call them, they might arrange to ship it to a FFL local to you. They have a website so just Google them to find the number.

Well, apparently (or so I was told today by a SA retailer) the OD and Dark Earth frames have not yet been 'approved' in Calif. yet, so sales are held up. I'm having trouble finding any XD .45ACP, so I'll probably just go for the black tactical, if I can find one.

A local shop has a 45acp Tac in dark earth sitting in their display... looks pretty nice...... he has had some interest but nobody has bought it yet. He sells XD's to a lot of LEO's though, so the all black model is his biggest seller.

Thinking about my next one in Dark Earth, then to Duracoat the slide, etc.
Not sure though.
