How Are the Truglo TFO's Working Out?

I'm interested to know how they're working out from people who've got them on their XD45s.

Thanks in advance.

How are they working out?

After a little cardio warmup, the do a few bench presses, leg lifts and then curls. They now have cute little muscles to go with their glowing eyes.

Just ran 130rnds through my XD45 with new TFO's installed (green/yellow). The sights are very bright, day or night, better than Trij or Meps that I've had on other guns. However the sight picture has changed a little due to the front sight being a bit taller than the stock sight. I found myself shooting a little low at first (lining the 3-dots in a row at 10yds), had to readjust to raise the front sight a little higher than I normally position them, but it didn't take long to get used to the new sight picture.

I love them. I absolutly love them. But when SA comes out with a smaller XD in 45acp, I plan on getting one and putting XS 24-7 sights on it.

I'm a quasi-old can't see for crap shooter. I am definitely in the minority here, but I had a hard enough time seeing them that I ordered some Big Dot 24/7s from Old School that I am going to have installed. I got them to work OK by painting the back edge of the front sight with florescent orange paint, but it was still just OK. One of the problems for me was the rear sights catch my eye more than front. Could be that the reason is most of my shooting is done at an indoor range with so-so lighting so there may not be enough ambient light to get them to "full power".

They've been extremely reliable. I carry every day and have gone through a couple training classes with hundreds and hundreds of draws with no problems at all.

I had the same problem, but I caught on to it pretty quick and I love the sights. I had the green/yellow sights put on my service and green/green sights on my tactical. I like the green/yellow combo best.
