Getting Screwed over.

Well about a week ago I went to pick up an XD 45 Tac but they had just sold the last one 2 hours before I got there. So I put one on order and they said it was going to be $499. Well it came in today and all of a sudden the price went up to 560 so tomorrow im heading in to have it out with the guy that promised me the price. I'm just hoping I win. lol

ouch.. $560?? Pretty steep, I picked up my XD45 Serv. at a gun show that came in town for $485. I think 560 is kinda bull**** but it is still worth it. Dont worry after you bring it home you will never regret it.

And that is about as good as it gets. you rarely see them for less than 500. you should have bought XD40 or XD9 from them...

I paid $450 for mine, NIB at a local dealer last February.

It's amazing how the price and demand of an XD45 continues to go up, and the price and demand for all other XD's seems to have dropped significantly.

Good marketing I suppose...

$$$$

Our local gun dealer (biggest in our area) is setting prices at $560.00 for the service and $595.00 for the tac and won't budge on it--and this is a place I normally buy at 10% over. He won't even come down for his "good" customers because he sells all he can get.. Not to me.. I think this may be a fair little gun to have hold of. But the 45 is kind of like the GAS deal, looks like they will stick it to us when they can. Sure do love that bugger.

To those guys who have both the service and tactical versions of the XD .45 ACP, and if you had to give up one and keep the other, which would you choose to keep?

Be great if they didn't have the "Springfield" name on them and they were still $250! Well, maybe the .45s would be $275!
