Looking for a specific pic
Hey all, I'm thinking about picking up a 45 tactical and would like to see a pic of the gun field stripped. Specifically a shot of all the parts and maybe a closeup of the frame internals. Anyone have one?

Because none of the shops that I have been to are keen on letting me strip one down.

Why do you want to strip one down? For cleaning?

Not allowing the simple removal of the slide from frame to let someone look at the parts closely might be that they don't know how it's even done.
Besides looking at how the extractor is installed and the recoilspring and rod you really won't see much. But I understand someone wishing to see as much as they can before spending almost $600 bucks. |

Thats mostly it. That and looking at the actual thickness of the frame. I've been kinda wary of it, but then again if it did crack I'd get a new pistol. |
