This is a great idea. I'll have to try that.

My manual says that my XD should shoot @ 6 o'clock and it does.

I have to say it must be shooter's error. Let some one at the range who is a sure shooter put a few mag's down range, then you will know what is going on... Does anyone agree?

All my XD's shoot wright on, I always shoot a liitle high and to the right no matter what I shoot. Its got to be in the grip or too much trigger, possibly sights are off for those having problems IMO.

I'm left handed and was shooting low and to the right. I had someone else shoot it -- he put a quick mag right on target. That told me it has to be me. Since i'm accustomed to shooting Glocks and Tanfoglios, I figured it has to be my grip. With more practise, and greater concentration, I eliminated the problem -- at least most of the time.

It's usually NOT the gun.

Finally had a chance to view the video. I'm going to concentrate on where I place my finger on the trigger. Todd showed how useing the joint instead of the tip of your finger could influence a 7 o'clock hit.

Not trying to flame you, But you're thread starter states that the "XD 45 doesn't shoot point of aim" like it's fact. Since you said you searched you must have seen all the suggestions, so I ask why still post a totally baseless thread. I just don't get it? Is it possible that you received a pistol with sights misaligned? Of course, Is it 99.99 % more likely it's user error?

I'm shooting off hand, blindfolded while standing on one foot and my gun won't hit the bullseye from 50 yards
