Yes it will fit the XD45. I just bought one a few weeks ago. Just make sure you order the correct side you need. The 26 is for the left, and it's 25 or 27 for the right side carry. Just to let you know- it's not a great concealment holster- it sticks out to far from the hip. I use mine for IDPA competition. If I had it to do over again I would probably purchase the same holster but in the paddle instead of the belt. But it is a good holster and fits the XD45 very well......

I had friend with me at a USPSA shoot today and he used my XD40 BladeTech and his XD45 service fit just fine. Just another option though it is a little more expensive.
