XD 45ACP TAC in Military M7 Shoulder Holster?
I just bought myself a xd 45acp tactical and wanted to know if it will fit into the M7 military shoulder holster (tanker). If somebody has one of these holsters can you try it for me and let me know about the results. pics would be great too.
Thanks and Semper Fi! |

I don't do shoulder holsters.. I don't like the way the gun tracks when pulling it from under your armpit.. I suppose if I were in a position that required me to wear a suit all the time.. I would have to consider it.. but for me, carrying on my hip is the most practical.

the reason for this holster is that I can put it on over my cold weather clothes when hunting. I had one 10 years ago in the Marines but only carried the beretta in it.

Just thought I would update my own posting in case someone else was thinking about this.
I received the holster, it fits great. At first I had to stretch it a little to make the trigger guard fit but then I left the pistol in the holster and it has started to form fit itself to the pistol. I think this will work great for carry over lots of clothes or under them for that matter. |

Mine doesn't fit well in either my M7 shoulder holster nor does it fit well in my M9 issue holster. I have a BlackHawk Omega drop leg holster that I used in Iraq and it doesn't fit so well in that either. That's why I bought a new Kydex style holster for it.
Good Luck.
