Well Im ready to buy the TFO sights for my XD45, I have never used any type of sight like these before but from the revews it seems the yellow and green are the popular choice, so I beleive im going to choose those. Next, Pistol gear is out of stock, my next choice is TOP GUN supply. They are $90 shipped for the green/yellow. Have you guys found a better price on these? I would order from PG but the gunsmith here in town is leaving wednesday and I want my sights now. Do you guys have any suggestions on where to buy these?

I paid a lot more installed and sighted for 25 yards at point of Aim, buy my local smith. total price icluding TFO's $160

The guy here charges $25 to install them, How do you have them sighted in? doesnt that come with the install?

He actually uses a laser through the bore/barrely and a laser on a fix stand crossing the rear & front sight. (that's how he showed me that the stocked sights where off.

He then installed the tfo's, set them to the "center", which required moving the rear site to the right of the original stock one's. I then shoot, it to see if what he set works.

Must worm you that Vertical alligment is totally different, and he can not correct mine with the TFO's.

I sent my slide to James and got my Tru Glo's (HS2000) installed for $105.00. His return time and service was outstanding. I tried them out at the range last night. WOW! I'm very happy

James put mine on. All you do is order them thru him and send him your slide. Be sure to let him know on the phone or E-mail him that you'll be sending him your slide and to hold the sights there. He'll install them for free and ship the slide back to you for $105. Only takes about a week or so to do and he does good work. http://www.xd-hs2000.com
