Do Meprolite ML-20110 fit an XD45 tact. ?
These are the adjustable version of the ML-10110 sights.
They should work but has anyone tried them? Thanks, nunnya |

If it has the same base as the 10110, it should work. Might email them just to make sure. info@meprolight.com

The answer is YES.
I have recently purchased the Meprolight adjustable set ML-20110. They are listed to fit the Sig P220,226,228,229 etc and will also fit an XD. I have yet to install them on my XD .45ACP Tactical however because I am still debating on installing them on my Sig P220. Keep in mind that the adjustable sights stand taller on the slide than the regular Meps. |

I just noticed on Old Schools web store, there is a note that the Mep Tru-Dots will not work on the XD 45 ACP. http://www.pistolgear.com/proddetail.php?prod=11MEP
I'm not sure what the difference is. You might want to PM him to find out. |

I added the note because MEPROLIGHT stated in an e-mail that they do not recommend them for the 45ACP. Beyond that, the packaging is now marked as such, "Not Meant for 45ACP Models"

Thanks Old School,
I suppose the recoil is too much. Any other options for adjustable sights besides the Dawson's ? The front sight on them just looks as if it isn't durable. nunnya |

I'm glad I saw this post BEFORE I had them installed. What do you suppose the reason for them not fitting the XD 45ACP would be? As I stated above, the adjustable MEPROLIGHT set that I have is listed for the SIG P220 specific and the XD uses the same sight sets as SIG. Does this maybe apply for the adjustable version only? I hope I haven't just wasted my money.
