After calling around yesterday I went to the local gun store and had them order me a XD45 Service model today,

though i cant legally buy it till next sunday i should have it by the time im 21 or a few days after

Cant wait! Good thing i told em i wanted the 13 round clip xd cause they said they had been ordering the 10 rounders? idk why, i think the cali guys are drolling over those...

but i cant wait! lol.

The XD-45 Service is a really wise choice.

A great handgun to shoot at range and a really great carry.

Getting the 13rd Mags is the way to go if laws allow.

well Congratulations on your B-day.

I would suggest to take a good CCW course and apply for your License too. Think safety first, and create habits that are condusive to that, at this early age.

Yeah i have thought about joining the NRA. Im a hunter any ways. guns, long guns, are nothing new to me, lol i have 13 in my room. Plus ill be adding this XD to my collection

A friend from work and I are suppose to take a handgun class in order to get our Concealed Carry Permit. I don't know if i will carry unless i just feel the need to, but definantly while hiking or something similer. I have had some very weird run ins in the woods while hiking and offroading with friends... lol.

Yeah there are no high capacity bans here in West Virginia so it didn't really make sense to me why they had ordered the 10 round mags for other people. It was funny i called one store to ask if they had a XD45 instock and the guy laughed. lol.
