Anyone NOT satisfied with their XD?

I have lived in the 1911-Kimber forums for the better part of 8 months now...and most of the posts (including mine!) are from dissatisfied customers. Now I am interested in the XD in .45 or .40, so I found this forum. Almost all of the posts are positive! Which leads to my question, is there anyone out there who has had a BAD experience with an XD, in any caliber?

So many happy campers in one forum is so new to me...

I have had nothing but a great experience with my XD 45 Service. Nothing but flawless operation, the only complaint is that it eats up $.

I never have understood all the Kimber problems, as I have 3 and they're great. But the XD 45 is great so far and although I haven't shot it that much yet I've found nothing to complain about.

My only problems are with the feeding of 185 grain lead SWC.

Everything else (jacketed) that I have fed it went through without any problems! The jackets were both HP's and FMJ's of varous weights.

I'm sure that the simple solution would be to have the feedramp worked over, and that isn't really worth it, as the 185 lead SWC were just a practice loading for my 36 anyway, and that was traded for the XD.
