I went to the gun store, and there it was...
i have lurked here for over a month like many other drooling over the XD 45 acp. I went to a local gun store looking for turkey stuff when i chacked the hand guns and there it was... the XD 45 ACP. I held it, it was nice. they had a glock 21 there,, and i dont like the looks of a glock, plus it looked much bigger side by side IMHO.
Price tag was $519 i dont guess thats too bad.. it isnt great,,, but if no place else around here has it cheap ill buy it. Only bad thing is, i have to wait 2 more months before i turn 21! Actually two months and one day :P ahh i cant wait. lol okay im done drooling. aj |

Welcome to the forum. Don't worry, by the time you turn 21, the price will be lower, and you'll just love the XD45 and the price you will pay instead of the price now

Ahh sorry it was the service model. thats what i want too.
Yeah itll be a great bday, lol. i have been saving for a while. ill just say a little less then half will be b-day cash and the rest will be my cash. I asked if that was the first XD they had gotten in, they said that was the fourth one, but the other 3 sold fast. but like they said come june they should much easier to get a hold of if they had to order me one. There is one other Sprinfield Dealer I know of here so ill stop by there too  I had a ruger p345 but hated it, it was a jam-o-matc and sold it.. yeah that wasnt exactly legal so im waiting this time to make every thing legal lol. BTW im not a gang banger or any thing.. lol... i dont know why the urge to say that but I did. I wanna get a permit to conceal carry but i think the only time i will is hiking or in the bad parts of town. but i gotta get to to work then im going turkey scouting in the morning! lol.. two weeks till the season starts. |
