I went in the gun shop to buy a new pistol- ended up with a sig 40- but back to the point- when I told him I wanted to shoot in this weekends IPDA shoot but I needed 1 more mag- he said that was no problem and had a entire rack of 45 mags- He grabbed a handful and asked how many I needed- I told him 1 for right now since I just forked over some green for the sig. I couldn't believe he had the 45 mags- Now I will be able to shoot my XD 45 in the IPDA.

Just what were the prices of the Mags? And were they S.A. OEM Mfg. ?

Yes they are the XD SA mags and I got them for $ 28 and some change out the door..

The Sportsman Exchange in Gadsden Al- Ask for James. I was just very suprised when they said they had them in stock. He acted as if it wasn't a big deal but I told him they were worth their weight in gold......

4-8-06...1:00 pm west coast.........Just ordered 2 from Whittaker....$ 55 for the pair in the mail monday ....they only have 100 left at this time ............... :>)

Be careful. Some sites are really jacking up the prices on 13+ mags. GunAccesories.com is selling them for 42.95 per mag. That's 95.85 including shipping for a pair. Don't get ripped off. If you can't get them from your local gun store, give SA a call.
