XD45 Service VS. Kimber Pro BP Ten II
Alright... I already own the Pro BP Ten II. 13+1 rds of .45, good ergonomics. Great trigger and accuracy (when it shoots). However, mags are extremely expensive, and even after break in it still seems to have feeding problems. I like the feel of the XD45 - do you guys think I should make the switch? Can't do both - gotta choose.

You pretty much gave reasons to stick with the XD.
1. The Kimber mags are expensive
2. You still have feeding problems
3. It has good accuracy.. when it shoots

A stock XD will not ever shoot as nice as a good Kimber. But for the money you shell out for a Kimber, you can get an XD and have Canyon Creek do a full-house job on it (night sights, trigger job, slide-frame tightening, re-fit barrel for accuracy).
Find an XD you can shoot, shoot it, and then decide.

Thanx. I will do that. I have another Kimber (Eclipse) that I'll never part with. From what I've read Canyon creek does som awesome work. It's still too early to give up on my Kimber though. I'll definately be getting an XD45 in the future - what a great pistol. However, its just too early to give up with only 500 ish rounds thru the pistol, and only one magazine for it. The mag is most definately the problem - so I'll do more troubleshooting before I give up hope.

That may be true of the 1911s I have three Kimbers in .45acp But to post that the highcap Kimber will shoot better then a XD-45 is one persons thinking. I would like to see some facts to back this statment up.

Well, to be fair the Kimber Pro BP Ten II does still have a Kimber 1911 upper. It has a match grade trigger, and a match barrel - mine shoots every bit as accurate as my $1000 Eclipse Target model. Now, if I could only get the magazine issue worked out

Same old 1911 problems
If only the Kimber Pro BP Ten II did not have many of the same problems as the 1911s. FTF..FTE..So far the XDs have not had these same problems.
