Lasermax for the XD 45 ACP
Has anyone put a Lasermax into a XD 45ACP .... is it available yet? Thank you for any info........

Called LASERMAX this morning....It is in the works ...needs to be 100% perfect ...as gun is so new it is going to take time to produce all three sizes....Yes, ALL THREE SIZES........I have been promised an email and a call when they are to be released....I asked if I should call back later today but did not get a "yes, it will be ready by then" response. Hoping a month or two.......... spring guide rod size for the 45 ACP is not the same as any other xd's .....I wonder if they will call tomorrow......I do not think it would hurt to call and ask. If everyone interested in a 45 ACP LASERMAX called 1-800-527-3703 someone may get the idea we (Imperial I) are patiently awaiting the production of this item.

I was under the impression there would be no XD45ACP SC...

Don't hold your breath on the Lasermax. They said the XD-SC's would be ready summer of '05....still waiting.

It would drive me nuts if my laser didn't exactly conform to my iron sights. How could Lasermax possibly do that, when there are no windage and elevation adjustments?

Spoke to a higher up at springfield and he said sometime in august or september for the 45acp lasermax.
