I went to the Tucson AZ gun show today. I asked every dealer that sold magazines if they had an XD 45 ACP mag. Every single one of them (and there were allot of them) laughed and said good luck finding them. I was told they aren't manufacturing them fast enough to even keep up with the guns.
Also, the only XDs I saw today were priced outrageously. The cheapest I found was 580.00. I couldn't find a single tactical to play with. So needless to say those that already have your tactical you are a step ahead of the rest of us. Now that I own my XD 45 and have put about 1000 rounds through it, all the other weapons just seem inferior. I know I'm biased, but it helped me from spending money today!!

Keep your eyes on the trading post. I guarantee you'll find one for sale for less than that.

$580 is overpriced for any XD. I bought my 45 Tac for $500 out the door.
I'll sell you my NIB for $1000. Muwhahahahaha!

I appreciate the offer, but I'd never buy from someone that has a 45 XD tactical for more than a day and it's still NIB! That is just sick!!!!

I was so dang tired today when I got home from our local show. Partying the night before and having to wake up early sucks!

The store where I bought mine now has 2 of them in stock and 1 service model. They are asking $550 for them.

I overpaid @ $519+tax a couple weeks ago, just for reference. But hey, I have it and I love it, no regrets.

Hey guys I was also at the Tucson Gun Show & I did find a couple dealers selling the XD-45 ACP 4" for around $519- & the tactical 5" for $529- but that was the cheapest & I found there! & I think they were sold pretty quick! now I already own the 4" service model, but Im going to wait for the Tactical with the OD frame to come out!

I think the only place here in AZ. that got the Xd-45 ACP magazines in, is the Scottsdale Gun Club, & one of my buddies told me they recieved two orders already,they are going to get in some more in a couple weeks he said! but they sell out the same day! luckily my buddy picked up 5 of them the other day & he is going to send me a couple of them on Mon. to hold me over untill I get my magazines from Springfield!

This may sound sad, But I stoped going to any gun shows here in my area. I am not into older guns, Just modern hand guns, And it seems to me that the prices are higher at the gunshows than at the stores, I dont know, this could just be only in my area. I always thought that the " gunshows " were the places to pick up good deals. I have never seen anything in the past 5 years I would consider a good deal, But this is just me. What about other states? Are the gunshows over charging there as well? Dave
