45ACP to 10mm dimension comparison (length wise)

I have a question. I know of the excellent ballistics and how impressive the 10mm round is, but I have never had the pleasure of shooting one nor have I ever compared one side by side to a 45ACP round. I have seen quite a few requests for 10mm conversions for the XD45ACP so here are the questions I have.

Dimension wise, I know the diameter is larger for the 45ACP compared to the 10mm (.451" to .40"), but what is the difference in the length of the 2 bullets?

O.A.L. is the same. Case length is longer on the 10mm.

Well, they're ALMOST the same o.a.l. I load my 10s and .45ACPs to the same o.a.l.
