I AM GOING TO HELL!!!

I recently bought an XD 45 ACP, and i love it. but my wife told me that this was the last gun that i was going to buy, anyhow i felt in love with a benelli nove pump shotgun, since tomorrow is my birthday iwent ahead and bought it but made my brother give it to me for my birthday. I definetly made my life easier but now i feel guilty. BUT I HAVE MY SHOTGUN!!! just curious what other things some of you have told your wives/partner, maybe i can learn a thing or two.

I've found that with a good base of diversified guns, as long as the transactions are cash and any associated (dated) paperwork is properly secured, nobody else in the house has to know the difference. Nobody in my house be me will notice the difference between an XD-45 or a Glock 22. Or for that matter, a blue/black 1911. A service or comp size stainless 1911 may attract attention, though. But pretty much anything else is safe. As for long guns, ever since I overtly added a bushmaster to the safe I'm home free. Nobody but me will ever, in a million years, notice any different long guns.

BTW, you'd be surprised how many firearms I've financed by paying for everything with folding money, and saving and religiously rolling spare change. Don't let it build up...measure it and roll it as soon as you get enough to roll. Cash it out for folding money as soon and as frequently as possible, and keep that in the safe. Spare change alone has financed a half dozen cool toys in the past few years.

Guess I'm gonna burn in Hell right along with ya.

If she askes, just tell her that you thought such an outrageous demand was clearly a joke, and you didn't actually believe her.

Well guys,,, I guess I have one of the last good women,,, She has never once complained about any gun I bought, Even the ones I bought and did not care for and took a loss on when I either sold it or traded it. Last month I bought the new XD-45, Last tuesday I traded a Kel-tec p-32 for a new Hi-Point compensated .380 ( even trade no money exchanged ) and just this past sunday we were in the local sporting goods store and I was looking at the XD-9 Tactical and she asked if I like it,, I said yes I do,, she said,, well get it then!!!! So I did I will be going out tonight and break her in! BE SAFE Dave

Yeah, I know, that wouldn't work with my wife either. I would just hope my charred remains would still be recognizable enough to convict her.

I'd see what she has to say next time she buys new shoes, or a purse, or some new jewelry! Tell her no more ever, and she'd probably do the same as you did with the shotgun.

The thing is that she is a cheap accountant, very money oriented and never gets anything for herself. although i am an accountant too, i am the shooping machine. I need to find her a hobby
