Anyone Put the Hogue Grip Sleeve on your XD45 Compact? PICTURES? How much did you have to trim?

Welcome to the forum..

If you do a search and spell Hogue correctly, you might find some pics..
I don't feel the Hogues are necessary on an XD..YMMV
But if you do want one, they are easy to trim if you follow the suggestions in the following post.

Hogue Grip Installed!!!

The New Pachmayr Tactical Grip Glove for XD

As far as your XD45 vs XD45 Compact dilemma, my vote goes to the compact.
Basically 2 guns in one...

Get the grip. I have the Service, not the compact .45, but that 5 dollar sleeve made all the difference in the fee and shootability dept.

I will admit I do like the Hogue Hand-all Jr on my LCP...

here is mine....fits good. however, after a few years its getting to the point where I might want to replace it. Its starting to slip around a little, due to the cuts I had to make for the grip safety clearance.
