Hornady 230gr HP/XTP

I see where some of the XD's have problems with hollow point ammo, some do not. One gun shoots brand X ok, but another gun hates brand X.
I was thinking of reloading some Hornady HP/XTP in 230gr for my XD. Has anyone here tried these ??

Almost 100% of XD's shoot XTP's with any problems. I have loaded and shot them without any failures.

These are loaded in my XD-45 right now. Excellent bullet, very accurate, feeds fine.

Not many autos will cycle wad cutters unless they are setup for them. Semi-wad cutters will work if you load your own but most factory made won't.

I'm gonna try the same bullet soon, I will report my experience with them. For future reference, this thread should've been posted in the ammo can.
