mine worked fine with the 200gr TAP loads.
I haven't had the gun fail to eat anythiing in my hands though. it's had a few misfeeds with others holding it...until it happens to me, I'll chalk it up as to how they're shooting. the only thing I've had hang was ONE 230gr Hydrashok (while the gun was in the hands of a 100lb girl, yes, she liked shooting it) |

Buddy had some leftover wadcutter reloads he gave me.
They worked great in my XD45C....produced lots of malfunction drills for me to practice on. I have used Hornaday TAP, never had an issue. Same with Federal HST

I had lots of problems with the 200 gr freebies from Hornady with their LnL press. They feed fine through the 1911 but 2 XD's had lots of failure to feed issues. Would hangup on every 2 - 3 mags. Switched to 200 rn lead from Missouri Bullets and they run great. Now I just use the hp's for the 1911.

Like them. They cycle well and make nice big holes in bad guys. Well, the latter I have yet to find out.
