how would you guys rate there customer service? do thay have a good rep for doing the right thing by there customers or do thay seem to try and give them the run around?

The general consensus is that SA has a good customer service record. Thankfully...I haven't needed to use it.

I've used it.
They get an A+ from me.
My pistol was fixed to my expecations and it was delivered more than 1 week ahead of thier estimate.

They were polite and took the time to explain every question I asked over the phone.

I also used it for my champion 1911. They even offered to refund me for my shipping to them. Back to me in a few weeks. Great to deal with.
