Local gunstore has one.
I could'nt believe I actually saw a XD45 ACP at the gunstore when I went to shoot at their indoor range. It was the Service size and priced at $550, they only had one in stock. Looked sweet.

Why don't you go back in and take a picture of it?? Why don't you tell us which shop it was in so someone else can go in and purchase it.

Well I have now had one a couple days now and it was well worth it, you should have picked it up then resell it here, I know alot of folks have allready offered good deals for mine.

I was at the local gunstore yesterday and I was shocked, just as I was looking at the XDs I commented sarcastically to my friend "but wheres that .45 XD?" and there I see it!! In the case with a sign "early production - one only!" I think it was either $520 or $550. Hubba hubba!!!!
The store was pretty busy so I didn't bother to ask to hold it, but I could tell that although the grip was noticeably bigger, it would be quite comfy. It really is a sweet looking piece. I didn't think of buying it and reselling it on the boards here... but damn that's not a bad idea! Not worth my trouble though, unless someone wants a $700 XD45acp, FTF in ohio  |

If my truck wasnt hooked up to my 5th wheel right now, cause of a trip this afternoon, I'd make a run over there, as only 5 mins from my house. I guess I could air up the tires on the bike, but I'd probably get ran over by some shopper looking for a better buy.
