Charter Arm's Customer service is top notch.

So I got my wife a charter arms pink lady for x-mas.

I had a question so I e-mail the contact on the web site. I got the auto reply that they would be out until the 3rd due to the holidays. Not a big deal, it's the holidays. This past Sunday I got a call from the President of Charter Arms. His e-mail would not send from where he was so he called me to reply to my question.

That goes a long way these days in my book for top notch customer service.

Good deal. Let us know how it shoots. I'm glad they're making quality pistols again. Much needed alternative to Taurus for the budget minded revolver fans.

Glad to see another American gun company with top notch service.
I always wanted a Charter Arms 44 special.
Now may be the time to buy one.

Hmm, perhaps I should consider Charter for my next revolver?

The current production Charter Arms are fine firearms...much better than Taurus used to be. Still not perhaps up to S&W, but at less than half the cost, how finely polished do you expect? They are serviceable, accurate and reliable.

I carry a Bulldog Pug .44 and got my wife a Lavender Lady when she finally decided to carry.

They are nothing like the CHARCO or Charter 2000...
