Pre-ban panic buy

I found this little gem at my LGS last night. It wasn't really a panic buy. I just liked the feel of it. Haven't used it yet. I did rent a police special to see how .38 spec was. This is the 642 airweight. Just wanted to show my new tool off. What are some good HD rounds that are non +p? Have a happy new year.

Thanks. I'll try to shoot it this weekend and post a range report.

Nice tool! had one a while back but since I also had a .38 Bodyguard I sold the 642. I like the 158 grain LSWC, what I believe is the old FBI load, .38 special. I shoots good, doesn't kick quite as hard as the self defense loads and is priced reasonably.

Very nice carry gun.
I use 148g wadcutters in mine.
Starts out big and easy follow up shots.

With a title like that you might as well send them straight to obama.... As a shooter, I'm shocked at how you give up... way to bring the fight

I don't know what you are talking about. I found the revolver, liked it and bought it. I'm not giving anything up .:what:

Finally had a day to get to the range. Recoil isn't bad. I like shooting clays at 7 yards. The clays are stationary by the way. I really like the DA trigger. I actually stopped carrying my XDs and am carrying my 642. Just wanted to pass this on.
