Ruger GP100 Grips

Just got a ruger gp100 .357 mag. It is of the mono grip variety with the one screw holding the grip on from the bottom. Not sure if they are all like this I'm fairly new to the wheel gun genre and this one was priced right. Anyway I've always been a fan of the ivory grips and have been searching around for some for this but can't seem to find any. I wan't to do some of my own etching on them and was wondering if anyone here knew of a place that sold 'em.

oh man....I dunno if you want to pay for real ivory grips.

There's a more than one custom grip maker that can do simulated ivory though.

I'm kinda partial to the the Hogues they offer factory. Not the best looking, but feel very good in hand.

That said, I want some custom wood grips for my little SP101 to fancy it up some.

Hmm, I kinda dig these

Sorry should have clarified. Imitation ivory is what I want. Just can't seem to find them in the monogrip style. Looking for solid not just inserts on the rubber grip.

yeah, I was digging around for about an hour checking sites....I dunno, best bet might be to contact a custom maker that makes the ivory style grips and see if they're willing to offer one for the GP

That would be cool, but I've never seen or heard of one.
