My 2 1/4" has the full tang and I carry it in a Crossbreed Super Tuck. Great combo.
I prefer the full tang due to having the option to cock it for single action accuracy at the range or wherever needed.

I just have to have a full hammer on my revolvers, I will just live with it. I have a SP101 3" and carry it quite often.

I have a SP 101 and the KLCR....Just love the trigger on the LCR and it packs easier than the SP101...but the 101 is built like a tank. I really appreciate the engineering in the 101...offset cylinder stop for extra strength. Replaced several cylinder stops on S&W's.. Kind of a three point lineman stance for strength.
