But why a revolver? I love a lightweight 357 for backpacking. But for carry, I want a thin, light auto. I currently carry a Kel-Tec P32. Its very light and concealable.
I've got a 637 Airweight and tested it out for pocket cc removal ...and that dang hammer caught the upper corner of my pants pocket and didn't want to let go.

So where can I find these 'shrouded hammers' for replacement in mine?..or does anyone have any pics of theirs with a bobbed hammer?

Thanks

The "shrouded hammers" are integral to specific models, the Bodyguard series, not replacement parts that can be added on. Colt once had an add on shroud for the Detective Special, but I don't recall any such attachable shroud being made for the J frame Smiths.

"Bobbed hammers" are regular hammers that have had the hammer spur ground down either by a gunsmith or the owner to reduce the likelihood of snagging during the draw. Some gunsmiths won't perform this procedure because it lessens the mass of the hammer, reducing its weight. Sometimes (not always) this reduced weight, if used in conjunction with a lighter hammer spring and shooting ammo with hard primers, will cause light hammer strikes and cause sporadic misfires.

The best solution for me is the "internal hammer" of the S&W Centennial series where the hammer is fully enclosed inside the frame. This makes the revolver double action only.

I've always liked the Ruger SP101 for something like that, but it's heavier than what you are probably looking for.
