Infinity Ward, this one was made by treyarch and they are known real well for ****ing up COD3 real good.

Well i picked up COD WAW yesterday at 5:00pm from game stop and I have to say that Treyarch you ****ed another one up good. I am sorry that I spent the time waiting on this game. 75% of the time I try to shoot people with sights dead on it does not hit them and it also takes 4 shots from a M1 garand to drop them? What the hell? I played the MP and got the M1A1 unlock code and also that weapon sucks the big one. The only thing good about the game was the graphics and that was it. Everything else well was not worth the $60 the game cost me and wait in line yesterday. Good thing COD4 is still here. Maybe the masses will like it but I just hated the game hopefully activision will kick treyarch out and leave Infinity Ward to do all of the games.

Hehe.. I guess I'm the first one in this thread to actually like it? Maybe its cuz im a WW2 Fan? I waited an extra hour and a half at work to pick it up.

So how is the game play for you cold?

I picked up 2 of them a couple of minutes ago, but gotta wait till after work to play. If its ****ty, I will take one back. (two xbox's at home, the boy and I play at the same time)

I picked it up to day. So far the single player game rocks hard. I'm waiting on my wireless router to get here from a buddy of mine and then I'll be rocking out online.

I think its awesome so far, I can only play for maybe 3 hours at a time before i get a head ache though..

A tip I found is to ditch the browning 1919, cuz thats what all the japs will shoot at, pick up a garand and take well placed head shots..

The Flame thrower is Awesome..

All I have played so far is multi and DAMN the maps are huge!!!!!!!!!!

I gotta say, the maps are absofreakinglutely awesome! Only thing that they could change as far as that goes is bumping up the number of people allowed in the hardcore matches, 6 on each team is like finding a needle in a hay stack on a few of these maps!

I also love the amount of maps, I played for hrs last night and only replayed 1 map!!

I agree that the maps are damned big. I wonder around for minutes trying to find someone, get attacked by a dog, and start all over again..... I LOVE IT...

I'll definitely keep my cod4 and play that from time to time.

Single player is ok, not as good as 4, but decent. It's too hard to tell who is who, and there are no red dot's. It's just not as fun as 4.

The online play is nice though, big maps, array of perks, tanks, dogs, etc... It looks like there might be more opportunity for kills once you work up your rank.

The solo campaign is WAY too short, finished it in like 4-5 hours but that was my main aim anyway. Wanted to get to the secret unlock level, **** Zombies! That is a BLAST!
