Wii Games

I just purchased a Wii console for the kids, ok for me to play with the kids! Does anyone know of any good adult games for the Wii? What about good games for young kids? I have 7 year old twins boy and girl, just looking for advise.

Thanks

Zelda is my all-time favorite game on the Wii! Guitar Hero is a blast for adults and kids. Most of my time on a Wii, however, has been spent bowling -- hands down the best game when you have guests over.

I enjoy gold the best. Lately, however, I haven't played the Wii. But I have been eyeing up super smash bro's brawl

I'll give you an update next week once it arrives. The extra remotes I bought arrived via UPS today, the console is due to arrive on Monday.
Thanks for any and all advice.

Super Paper Mario, Mario galaxy, I think there's a Call of duty out for the WII... a few other shooting games. Zelda's a fun one. I forgot the name, but there's a surgery game that was fairly addicting too (if you can get past the horrible japanese stoy-board animatd story)

Call of Duty 3 and Medal of Honor Heroes is awesome!!! I like playing the Medal of Honor better because I have the Wii Zapper and it makes me feel like I'm shooting a real Tommy Gun.

I just got the system late last night. Spent the 1st two hours getting used to the remote. I think this is going to be an awesome gaming system! Today I get to surprise the kids (7 year old twins boy & girl) that we got a Wii.

I already have it connected to my wireless network. What do I have to do to download the old games? Do you pay for each of them? Do I need an SD card to download too? Does the Wii remote work on old games or do I need a game cube remote? Thanks for any info.

I have a Wii but no old games. I believe you have to already own the older version games to use them. There are card slots on the Wii under one of the covers that will let you use them. If it will run on your Wii then the remotes you just got should be fine. The only downloads I do are to check once a month for system updates. Mine was hanging up and doing a system download cleared that up.
