Well now that they've enabled cross-faction transfers and lifted the PvP restrictions for transfer and factions I suspect account prices will go way down if you're willing to "buy" an account...

I quit about a 1.5 years ago. I'm so glad I did. It was taking too much time out of my life. Got a few lvl 70's a flying mount and I was done.

The game is wicked fun but you'll find the hours slipping away.

With school and work going on, no girlfriend... and I get home and get finished with all my stuff aroune 4-5pm... go to bed around 11... wake up at 6am...

I have a few hours through out the day where Im quiet bored, so this should keep me occupied for a little while. I dont get addicted to this stuff though, I've played before and probably played 2-3 hours a day..not everyday either.

I personally know a couple who lost their house, jobs and kids over WOW. You would not believe the stories. The kids were taken for neglect, jobs lost because the quit going. One of the kids actually told the child services worker that "Fluffy bites me" Fluffy was what the 4 yr old girl had named one of the rats in the house.

These people were in their 30s doing this stupid crap. I am friends with the parents of the couple....they had the kids for a few months. How crazy is that?

A long time ago I almost lost my job play Asheron's Call for days on end. It's a very addicting style of game. I just know I need to stay away from those games. There have been people within the last few years who've committed suicide because of losing in game gear or not being able to play. However, I don't blame the game. If you're addicted to something or have an addictive personality then you need to be aware of that and act accordingly.

Hi, I'm Tombo and I am a recovering WoW addict. Been clean and sober for about 7 months now. Still need to remove it from my computers but I honestly haven't had any interest in going back. I was playing quite a bit, but realized I needed to focus on other things like getting back into shape and studying so I can get promoted.

I quit playing 3 months ago. Had an 80 Warrior, Druid, and Rogue (all epicced out w/ulduar gear) and a lvl 70 lock with T6/sunwell gear. All were alliance on Kalecgos and all had epic flying. I'd love to sell the account. PM me if interested.
