Or less. From the video it appears there are a bunch of LEDs surrounding the front lens. This leads me to believe it is more of an "IR camera" that you see in the cheap security cameras with "night vison". Most of them have a range of 200' at best.

I have some of these for fun that I got as a gift.

They "work" but it's really just an IR camera with a strap on it and an LCD screen on one eye.

I would venture to agree with chupacabrachus that the set that comes with this game is very similar.

Sixty bucks is enough for a game for me.

They can take their NV, hard case and all that.... unless it helps me get some head shots.

i have it preordered. the hardened and prestige also come with a COD1 free download, which is awesome. i already know the NVGs will be ****, ill probably just use the soap head to hold my fitted hats haha

I might get the hardened edition at most. NVGs seem cool and all but they probably suck pretty bad.

Rainbows are for girls....COD is for men.....

JK Nikon....I too am waiting for another RS game but have to admit the COD series has been my franchise of choice for years.....it's what all others are compared to.

When I play COD, I keep trying to use the "cover" button from RSV2.

I didn't believe my co-worker when he told me about this. I think I'm gonna pick up the Prestige Edition. I think the NVGs along with the display head would be cool to display in my house even if they do suck. But I'm weird like that, I already have a giant retail cardboard stand up of Bumble Bee from Transformers 2. Some people like paintings, I like random crap.
