Anybody live near Cincinnati, oh.
I'm looking for some body to work out with, run, sit-ups and all the other fun stuff you need to do before you join. I'm running now and it is really mundane by yourself. Thanks

I bet if you have an ipod you can go to itunes and download some cadence. I recommend it, in fact still run to it at times, it puts you in the "zone" you need to be in when running a lot, cadence takes your mind off of the run and more on tuning everything out to run for days. At least that's what worked for me in boot, I just thought of nothing, not my breathing, not my steps, just the cadence.
