SSgt E-5 USAF
I introduced myself in another thread, but thought I would introduce myself to all my brothers and sisters that serve with me. My name is Joshua and I am Active Duty Air Force. I have been in for 5 years. Basic Training was at Lackland AFB in San Antonio, TX. My Technical School was at Aberdeen Proving Ground in Aberdeen, MD. My first duty station was Hill AFB in Layton, UT. From Hill I deployed to Balad AB, Iraq. My second duty station was at Osan AB, S. Korea. I am currently stationed at Moody AFB in Valdosta, GA. I am a welder and machinist for aircraft maintenance. I just purchased my first handgun, the sub compact .40.

Former USAF here. E-3...civilian now. Basic: Lackland AFB, TX - Tech School: Keesler AFB, MS (3C2X1). First duty: Aviano AB, Italy. Welcome.

Welcome and congrats on the XD and thanks for your service.
I was a E-5 in Uncle Sam's Airlines back in the 70's and spent most of my time at Carswell AFB which was a SAC base back then. Still go to Hill AFB in Utah on business once a year or so working for Lockheed Martin. |

Sergeant.
It goes PVT PFC LCPL CPL SGT SSGT GYSGT MSGT/1st SGT. MSGYSGT/SGTMAJ then you move into your O ranks.
