Video: Melted Machine Gun

The manual recommends 5-10 round bursts, not 5-10
meter belts.

i knew it would have been ugly from the minute it started and all it was was a bullet-link chain.

from a former saw gunner: 3-5 shot bursts.
3
to
5
shots.

and you'll be just fine.

I could cry, when I see this and think about all of the ammo and barrels I wasted, at taxpayer's expense. I wish I had that ammo now, especially the belts of 7.62!

I remember watching someone firing a quad .50 (four .50BMG's) at a nearby mountain top in Viet Nam. The quad .50 was initionally an anti aircraft set-up as I understand it. There was one shooter, four loaders and four oilers for the barrels. It was a very impressive site. It was after dark the the barrels glowed red just like the sky was with all of the tracers in it.
They were firing on an NVA position.
